RippaDay provides racing information, tools, and member content through rippaday.com and the RippaDay mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can request access, correction, or deletion.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, password reset status, and membership groups when you create or use a RippaDay account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored in plain text by RippaDay.

When you subscribe, cancel, reactivate, or change a plan, we may receive subscription status, plan, renewal, cancellation, invoice, and transaction identifiers from payment providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, and RevenueCat. Payment card details are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by RippaDay.

We collect app and website usage information such as pages or screens viewed, requested racing dates, device or browser type, operating system, app version, IP address, diagnostics, server logs, and analytics events. We also collect messages you send to support.

How we use information

We use information to provide free and member-only content, manage account access, process subscriptions, deliver support, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot the service, improve RippaDay, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing information

We share information only where needed to operate RippaDay. Service providers may include hosting and API providers, AWS Cognito for authentication, analytics providers, payment processors, subscription management services, email/support tools, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of RippaDay, users, or others.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, authentication controls, and restricted access to systems that process personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the information we handle.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, subscription, support, and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and security obligations, and operate RippaDay. You can request account deletion at rippaday.com/account-deletion/. If we must retain limited information for legitimate legal or security reasons, we will limit that retention to what is necessary.

Children and responsible use

RippaDay is not directed to children. Racing and betting-related information should only be used by people who are legally allowed to view or use that information in their location. All information is for entertainment purposes only. Gamble responsibly.
